Timeline

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing.

You will then receive a tracking number where you can track your item in real time.

Once the tracking number is sent to you, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping to begin.

Shipping: 7-15 days within the United States

From 14-21 days if you are ordering outside the United States

 

NOTE: During peak seasons like holidays or sales events, increased demand can overwhelm shipping services, resulting in longer delivery times. Retailers and logistics providers often struggle to keep up with the surge in orders, leading to delays. in these cases, we aren't responsible for shipping time delayed. 

 

Please note, during higher volume orders we may have to ship straight from our manufacturing office outside of the U.S.

We are working on being able to ship a higher volume of orders directly from within the United States. We thank you for your understanding during this growth period. 

 

Order Tracking

International Shipping

You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees associated with importing goods.
Customers outside [country] may experience longer delivery times due to customs.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to restricted regions or certain countries unless otherwise noted.
Some items may be restricted in certain countries; please check at checkout.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified within [24hrs] hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. You may return it once delivered per our Return Policy.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within [2] days with photos of the damage. In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us within [1] day of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
